Jesus can understand you

We do not know what your next needs until we go to it, we do not know what others are going through until pass for the same things.

Once, in a debate between me and other students of theology, someone raised a question, "Why does Jesus understand me?", some have said that it is because He knows the heart of man, after all, was the creator himself, others said that it is because He sees and understands everything, after all, He was not the creator just of man, but of all things, and yet there was one who said, and all the others agreed, that Jesus understood us because He lived among us, Exposed to hunger, fatigue, pain, emotions and everything that is added to the human condition, He understands us because he lived as one of us, felt pain, and even being God, spared nothing from the human condition (see Philippians 2: 5-8).

Why do you say you understand your neighbor? Why do you do something to help him? For being a friend, relative or acquaintance?

Remember that Jesus came to earth and walked like a man, and that's exactly why He understands you, knows your needs, your urgencies and, above all, will be present to supply you, after all, with him nothing will ever lack us! (See Psalm 23)

Jesus bless you!

What is pray?

Before anything is important to say that anybody can do anything on kingdom of God just to do or for fun, all you need is to have a purpose to do something, a goal, a target to be achieved, does nothing in vain for God.

But, but why start talking about this? Pray is connected to purpose? YES, pray has EVERYTHING to do with purpose!

To understand this we must first know who is pray; would be just words?

Pray is attitude!

“And when thou prayest, thou shalt not be as the hypocrites {are}: for they love to pray standing in the synagogues and in the corners of the streets, that they may be seen of men. Verily I say unto you, They have their reward.
But thou, when thou prayest, enter into thy closet, and when thou hast shut thy door, pray to thy Father which is in secret; and thy Father which seeth in secret shall reward thee openly.”
Mateus 6:5-6

Pray is you take a posture of humility and intimacy to recognize who needs advice, needs to be guided and recognizes that it cannot walk without the guidance of God, this must be your motivation to pray, be closer of Holy Spirit to listen him words.
There can be no true communion with God without prayer, and cannot be a pure prayer without an open heart and willing to obey the voice of Christ Jesus.

"I pray and nothing happens, now what? 'i'm Doing wrong? "

It is true that sometimes you pray and nothing seems to happen, as if God is not hearing our prayers, as if heaven were closed to us, but this is not the end of the world, and does not mean that God does not care about you and that He doesn't hearing you.
Persevere, have faith, do not be discouraged, God expects you to devote yourself to hear He, to pursue He as if your life depended on Him completely, remember that your faith is what will make a difference for God: “But without faith {it is} impossible to please {him}: for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and {that} he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him.”  Hebreus 11:6
Beware the praying decorated!

you can pray saying: “God, bless me, i need a car…God bless me, i need a job…God bless me…God bless me God bless me…” and it ends up getting so mechanical that just not generating any relationship with God, no dialogue, no intimacy, and if you pay attention, no worship in this prayer, stop just to fulfill what the Bible says and you will see considerable changes in several (or all) aspects of your life.
The next time you pray for, try just say: “Jesus, what you have for me today? What are the paths I follow to see your grace in me?” But where it is written in the Bible? See Psalm 37.5

Avoid repeated and memorized prayers, avoid that mechanical prayer in which the sameness prevents you from having an intimate relationship with God and open your heart to Him, you can say about you need to God, but, never forget to thank and worship Him, there is no formula to pray,

Leave a comment and share this reflection with everyone!
May the Lord Jesus bless you and your entire family!
God's peace to you!

What Jesus NOT Said!

Been a while since I wanted to write about it, i'm seeing a lot of people talking and doing things that Jesus not said to do, and also is not written in His words!

I'm talking about religiosity

Note that i used the word "religiosity" and not "religion", i did that because i'm not talking about religion "A" or "B", but the customs and habits that some people obliged to do, saying that this is the only way (or method) to get closer to Jesus!

Before anything we should be clear in our mind that the right way to be closer Jesus, is the way that is written on the Bible, and if is not written there, is fake!

We can’t measure to the power of God, much less how to define/foresee His way of acting, therefore not possible to determine in your life, how God should or should not do.

Suppose you go to a place that God says that will only act in your life if you greet people with your left hand, how does God react to this? Where is it written in the Bible?

Avoid phrases like: "If everyone does then it is right.", "If I do not be like he/she, i will be accepted.".
God works in the lives of each person personally, imagine if everyone bought a donkey to listen to God? God used a donkey (yes, a donkey) to rebuke Balaam (see Numbers 22:28).

Religiosity send you away from God when you set up where he can go, God is extremely polite, but He NEVER do anything by half. I see people handing over their financial lives in the hands of God, but saying to God to spend away from your emotional life.

When we commit our lives to God, we can only arrive at the center of God's will when we surrender ALL areas of our lives for Him, when we give ourselves unreservedly, significant changes happen to us and around us.

Try to walk according to God's word, and worship him in spirit and in truth (John 4:23), doing this we will be further from the religiosity and closer to God!

May the Lord Jesus bless you and your entire family!

Todo o universo louva ao senhor!

Louvai ao SENHOR. Louvai ao SENHOR desde os céus, louvai-o nas alturas.
Louvai-o, todos os seus anjos; louvai-o, todos os seus exércitos.
Louvai-o, sol e lua; louvai-o, todas as estrelas luzentes.
Louvai-o, céus dos céus, e as águas que estão sobre os céus.
Louvem o nome do SENHOR, pois mandou, e logo foram criados.
E os confirmou eternamente para sempre, e lhes deu um decreto que não ultrapassarão.
Louvai ao SENHOR desde a terra: vós, baleias, e todos os abismos;
Fogo e saraiva, neve e vapores, e vento tempestuoso que executa a sua palavra;
Montes e todos os outeiros, árvores frutíferas e todos os cedros;
As feras e todos os gados, répteis e aves voadoras;
Reis da terra e todos os povos, príncipes e todos os juízes da terra;
