The tranquility that comes from God!

Sometimes we want something to happen so we do not talk about something else, like the people we love. I remember a trip he planned to do, and talked about it so often that my family had enough. This led me to think about our anxieties, fears and desires and how will that God sees it all.
"Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving, present your requests to God." (Philippians 4.6 NIV)

Quiet serene and peaceful ..

We must remember that God is in control of all things. And if He is in control of all things, what stays out? Absolutely nothing! There is nothing that God is not watching, directing. Let's read a story that I love.

"A man is standing with his car on the edge of a road, and decides to try to fix it, since it was mechanical, it would be an easy task. However, the engine moved several times, turned the crank for starting the car and did not work. Still, it was an hour trying to fix the car. Until an old man who was passing by, asked gently to allow him to help him. Proud, the man refused. But that gentleman stood there watching. Shortly thereafter again offered help and the man denied the same way, shouting and boasting of the fact that working as a mechanic for 30 years. The boy then returned to his seat just watching. And after a while, for the third time, he offered help. Angry man left the front of the car and told the old man's look, as 'dropping a joke' that if he failed, no one else could. The old man then calmly, move a piece of the engine, started the engine and the car started. Surprised and astonished the mechanic looked at that old man and asked: - Who are you? Then the old man replied with a smile:
- I'm Henry Ford, making these cars for over 40 years! "

The conclusion we can come up with this story is:

  1. For more experienced than we are, in any situation, we will never be better than the Creator, He always has the best solutions to all our problems. All we need do is trust, surrender everything to God, telling him everything, and then rest, with the calm of one who has made sure that everything will be solved!

2. Silent to hear God's voice. Often (almost always), we talk all we want and forget to listen to silence, to hear Him say what is to be done at that time. The solution often is something simple, but we do not listen. There are times that we should not talk, pray, worship, screaming, jumping, praise or anything else that you thought, sometimes all we need do is to enter into God's presence and to stand still before Him, so you can talk to us .

3. Did not precipitate. In the anxiety to see things happening we are tempted to make it happen in our "way" and assign the result to God, if it works is why God made, if it goes wrong is because God does not want to happen. And almost always goes wrong when we try with our own means. Understand that God is never late, He does everything on time, there is a time for every thing happen (see Ecclesiastes 3:1-8). There is a phrase in the G3 song that reminds me of this: "Fighting for our own forces, we started defeated in battle ..."

God cares for you in detail:
"Commit thy way unto the LORD, trust him, and he will act." (Psalm 37.5)

May God bless you and your entire family!
